Meditation

As we wind down from all of the days activities we want to reconnect with ourselves and focus on the year ahead. Our renewed mindset is to get it done. To finish and stay focused on the goal.

Yoga

1 Hour of Vinyasa Style Yoga taught by one of our favorite celebrity yogis. Following the 5K this is definitely going to be a challenge! Bring lots of water.

We will HIIT you. Sorry, not sorry.

HITT training circuit taught by the best of the best. 45 minutes of non stop movement. This event is why you signed a waiver. This is an intense workout that will expire the faint of heart. But we know you can do it. You. Are. A. Leaper.

Lets Ride.

Yeah thats right, Wheels up! 6 mile loop on your bike or you can rent one from one of our partner bike companies. We are going to challenge you, just like life will. Are you going to finish? We will see.

Take A Leap, Literally.

Join as we go all in with the “#Leapers” mindset and take a literal leap with a (Optional) bungee jump at the ending site of our event.
